uploading Thumbnails

I'm a mewbie and have just uplaoded a video with screenshots which has gone into the incomplete threads. I can see them in orphaned but cannot or do not know how to get the thumbnails into the main list which it's telling me i have to do any help please.

thanks tried that i now have two videos in incomplete threads with no thumbnails is it worth you deleting these and starting again or is there another fix i can try

You have started a thread in incomplete section. Please edit the post of that thread and go to advance, click manage attachment button and attach your clip and thumbs to the post and close the window then click on save.

you are done.
